Updating your Proofpoint Essentials Password In The Portal

Forgot Password
If you forgot your password and cannot log-in, please see this KB on how to reset your password.
Change/Update password in Profile
- After logging in to the interface, click on the 'person' icon in the upper right and click on Profile.
- Under Profile, towards the bottom, find Change Password.
- Enter your new password in the field.
- Type it again in the Retype New Password field.
- Click Save.
Password Requirements for administrator accounts
- Passwords must be 12 characters long.
- Passwords must contain at least one uppercase letter.
- Passwords must contain at least one lowercase letter.
- Passwords must contain at least one numerical character.
- Passwords must contain at least one special character.
