Opening a white label request ticket
You can create a new support ticket by signing into the support portal at: https://www.proofpoint.com/essentialscommunity
The following information will be needed for a white-label request:
Subject: White-label request for [domain name]
Body:
- Account Name (customer account)
- Partner (your account name)
- Sub-domain
- Preferred domain (cloud-protect.net or proofpointessentials.com)
- From name for notifications
If parent company has white label set up the preferred domain will need to match it
Requests of this nature will take up to 5 business days for deployment.
