MX records for recipient not being used

Solution | If a former Essentials customer has updated their MX records, but not disabled their account, it is possible we are sending to the previously configured destination. |
How to check if recipient was previously on proofpoint essentials
- If you have a contact at the company ask if they were previously on Proofpoint Essentials
- Or use a website that keeps track of DNS history
- If they were a customer, they need to make sure their relay or company account is disabled.
