Disable Welcome Emails
| Situation | Admin users can prevent the delivery of a Proofpoint Essentials Welcome email for new users. |

| Solution | Follow the below steps to disable the welcome email. |
Note: this will disable Welcome Emails for the entire organization.
- Log in to the Proofpoint Essentials Admin Console using your credentials.
- Navigate to Administration > Account Management.
- Click Notifications.
- Toggle the switch to turn off Send Welcome Email (green means enabled).
- Click Save.
After provisioning users, you can send out a Welcome Email to multiple users using the Mass Update feature.
