Situation User wants to use text to speech application. Does Proofpoint Essentials support third party applications?
Solution Unfortunately, Essential Encryption Portal does not support third party applications.

Why we don't support Third Party Applications

  • We do not support third applications for security reasons.
  • HTML and files are 'hidden' from view, so third party applications, like text to speech, cannot read directly from the program.
