I have purchased a PESA license, however I do not see the option to launch PESA.

Under Billing and Licensing shows an error under package 'Awaiting Domain Verification'

When adding PESA to an Essentials account, you must verify the domains being used.
This is for PESA to confirm the account associated owns that domain.

PESA will not show in the portal until the domain has been verified.
You do not however need to enable domain relay.

Will emails that are sent as part of a Security Awareness campaign show up in the UI logs? Yes, these emails will appear in the user logs as any other email.
Will standalone PESA users receive a Welcome email when they are added to Security Awareness? No, standalone PESA users do not receive Welcome emails.
When importing users into a standalone PESA account via CSV file, does it matter if the user role is Silent User or End User?

No, non-admin users in PESA can't login to the platform so the option to choose

between Silent or End User is not provided.

Should Functional Accounts be synced over from the Essentials platform to the PESA platform? No, Functional Accounts are NOT synced to PESA.
Do all users on the Essentials platform get synced over to the PESA platform? No, only users with 'Active' accounts in domains that are Enabled for Relay will be synced to the PESA platform.
When I create a new Training assignment or Phishing campaign, the notification emails say they are from 'Trial Admin' or email address security_training@yourdomain.com. How can I change that? Creating a new Training assignment or Campaign when logged in as an 'Org Admin' will use the (correct) email address of the user that created them. The behavior mentioned to the left occurs when a 'Channel Admin' or higher creates the new Training or Campaign. It's not currently possible to change that.
What do I have to do to make sure the users in PESA stay synced with the users in Essentials? The one-way user sync (from Essentials -> PESA) should happen automatically every 5-10 minutes. If this is not happening, you can contact Support to have them do a manual sync.
When I create a new Training assignment, when are notifications sent to users? Notifications for new training assignments are sent out at 12:01 A.M. Eastern time regardless of the timezone set on the account. There is currently no way to change this.
What does the 'Reported' column in the Phishing report mean? What is the reporting method? It means the test email was reported as a Phishing email by the end user. However, the reporting method is PhishAlarm, which is NOT available on the Essentials platform, so this column is N/A for Essentials users.
