How to follow Essentials Service Incident
Prerequisite - You require access into the Proofpoint Essentials Support portal. Please see this KB: https://help.proofpoint.com/Proofpoi...Support_portal
- Log into the Support Portal: https://www.proofpoint.com/essentialscommunity
- Access the Essentials Service Incident topic feed here.
- Click FOLLOW.

- Enable notifications
- Click the Drop Down next to the following section.
- Choose Every Post

Ensure your profile settings are configured to deliver notifications
- Under your user profile on the top right click My Settings.

- Check box for Enable email notifications.

- Click Save.
